Doni Montenegro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Arce in the 3rd minute of the match. If Constantino Beila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Doni Vergílio charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Doni Vergílio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Doni Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute the ball was on its way in behind Skull Sport F.C's goalkeeper Doni Montenegro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Suipacha FC booed when Skull Sport F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hortêncio Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonardo Arce in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doni Montenegro saved Skull Sport F.C from getting behind. Suipacha FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when José Paulo Barral scored to the left of an out of position Mario Brion, making the score, 1-1. Skull Sport F.C's Doni Montenegro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Constantino Beila in the 31st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Leonardo Arce put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Doni Montenegro. Hernan Urtsin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Doni Montenegro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 42 minutes, Leonardo Arce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Suipacha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonardo Arce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Urtsin in the 46th minute of play forced Skull Sport F.C's goalkeeper Doni Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th match minute, Suipacha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Goito to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Suipacha FC booed when Skull Sport F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sílvio Dante didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonardo Arce hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, Skull Sport F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Beila came free, but Doni Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Sílvio Dante fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skull Sport F.C's protests and gave Sílvio Dante a yellow card for diving instead. After 75 played minutes Skull Sport F.C got a freekick which was hit by Sílvio Dante. After 78 minutes, Rodolfo Eguzki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Suipacha FC and the Skull Sport F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 78th minute, Rodolfo Eguzki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mario Brion made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edu Perez in the 82nd minute of play. Edu Perez scored 2-4 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mario Brion, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Suipacha FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
