The crowd rose to their feet as ForestFire's Enrique Peterson slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of 马霖森. That made the score 2-0 after 14 minutes of play. 25 minutes into the match, ★『红魔』曼联★上海申花【沪】's goal looked a bit too open when Cyrus Keys came free, but 马霖森 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If 冯鹏适 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 严轩桑 charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 严轩桑 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 28 played minutes ★『红魔』曼联★上海申花【沪】 got a freekick which was hit by 严轩桑. Enrique Peterson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. 马霖森 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Enrique Peterson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 马霖森 having to make a save. 唐傲奕's late challenge caught a ForestFire's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 唐傲奕 helped the player get up and apologised. After 33 played minutes ★『红魔』曼联★上海申花【沪】 got a freekick which was hit by 唐傲奕. In the 35th minute, Enrique Peterson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 马霖森 was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 杨泉迅 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rusty Deering having to interfere. After 44 played minutes ForestFire got a freekick which was hit by Stephan Nava. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cyrus Keys made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, Enrique Peterson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. 马霖森 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 67 minutes into the match, ★『红魔』曼联★上海申花【沪】's goal looked a bit too open when Cyrus Keys came free, but 马霖森 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 马霖森 came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by ForestFire's Cyrus Keys. But to his dismay, Cyrus Keys quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. The supporters of ForestFire booed when ★『红魔』曼联★上海申花【沪】 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. 崔杰星 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Cyrus Keys cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. 马霖森 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Whitney Pelletier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lewis Light in the 86th minute of play forced ★『红魔』曼联★上海申花【沪】's goalkeeper 马霖森 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Enrique Peterson scored 9-0 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of 马霖森, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 91st minute, Enrique Peterson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 马霖森 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Peterson in the 92nd minute of play. 马霖森 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyrus Keys in the 96th minute of the match.
