Spectators: 7632 (Terracing: 5725, Seating: 1755, VIP seats: 152) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Kees de Visscher kicked off to start the match. After having played for 2 minutes, Enrique Peterson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ForestFire's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enrique Peterson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 7th minute, Bernard Theunissen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Harm Korsma kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Kees de Visscher recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Springplank FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Peterson came free, but Patrick Pronk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ForestFire's Rusty Deering proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save ForestFire from getting a goal against them. Aurelio Parrish hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ForestFire's goalkeeper Rusty Deering, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Springplank FC booed when ForestFire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lewis Light didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ernest Chester recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 32nd minute, Enrique Peterson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Patrick Pronk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Springplank FC's Kees de Visscher got a free kick in the 35th minute. Lewis Light took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Patrick Pronk. Springplank FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 40th minute Cyrus Keys shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Pronk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Springplank FC's Patrick Pronk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cyrus Keys in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyrus Keys in the 46th minute of play forced Springplank FC's goalkeeper Patrick Pronk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th match minute, Springplank FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edwin Huisingh to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cyrus Keys to strike the kick off in the second half. Patrick Pronk made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Stephan Nava sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Springplank FC's zone, Cyrus Keys stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Pronk came out of the goal and Cyrus Keys tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 57 minutes into the match, Springplank FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Peterson came free, but Patrick Pronk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Whitney Pelletier succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 58th playminute. Harm Korsma charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harm Korsma the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Springplank FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Harm Korsma hit a great ball. Springplank FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Cyrus Keys scored to the left of an out of position Patrick Pronk, making the score, 0-3. Patrick Pronk was out of position in the 71 minute of play, and Enrique Peterson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Enrique Peterson really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. Kees de Visscher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rusty Deering having to interfere. The supporters of ForestFire booed when Springplank FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernard Theunissen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Whitney Pelletier got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Springplank FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Peterson came free, but Patrick Pronk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Springplank FC's Harm Korsma got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute of the match Ernest Chester shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Patrick Pronk showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match was over ForestFire could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Springplank FC throughout the match.
