Samuel Donostia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Maher in the 7th minute of the match. When Yrigoyen.F.C's Evaristo Jatsu in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Maher in the 27th minute of play forced Yrigoyen.F.C's goalkeeper Samuel Donostia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yrigoyen.F.C's Samuel Donostia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcus Maher in the 33rd minute of play. Paulino Gaueko kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Samuel Donostia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Samuel Donostia was a little too slow when Claude Tuttle got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-0. 45 minutes into the match, Yrigoyen.F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Maher came free, but Samuel Donostia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcus Maher to strike the kick off in the second half. Tyson Stanford took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuel Donostia. Samuel Donostia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cosmos Soccer Club's goalkeeper Quintin Saldana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 68 minutes, Claude Tuttle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cosmos Soccer Club and the Yrigoyen.F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Cosmos Soccer Club getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Claude Tuttle hit a great ball. 70 minutes into the game, Cosmos Soccer Club's Claude Tuttle nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Samuel Donostia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Marcus Maher took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuel Donostia. Samuel Donostia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After having played for 80 minutes, Evaristo Jatsu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yrigoyen.F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evaristo Jatsu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Samuel Donostia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Maher, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evaristo Jatsu during the 85th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 85th match minute, Yrigoyen.F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evaristo Jatsu to maneuver through the defense. Cosmos Soccer Club's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
