Spectators: 7533 (Terracing: 5651, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Allan Mendes got the match started through his kick off. Quintin Saldana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Allan Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Alvin Santiago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Cosmos Soccer Club's Marcus Maher slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zé Roberto Chaves. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. After 19 played minutes União Agrícola Barbarense got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Alberto de Salles. Delfim Melo's late challenge caught a Cosmos Soccer Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delfim Melo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd minute, Delfim Melo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zé Roberto Chaves made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Alvin Santiago sent off a good shot on target. Zé Roberto Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Maher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute of the match Cosmos Soccer Club got a corner. União Agrícola Barbarense's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Claude Tuttle ran over to the corner to take the kick. União Agrícola Barbarense's Zé Roberto Chaves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvin Santiago in the 33rd minute of play. 34 minutes into the match, Cosmos Soccer Club's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Mendes came free, but Quintin Saldana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Quintin Saldana came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by União Agrícola Barbarense's Delfim Melo. But to his dismay, Delfim Melo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Gerard Reed hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, União Agrícola Barbarense's Vladimir Valadares broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcus Maher to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Alvin Santiago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Roberto Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th match minute, União Agrícola Barbarense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dorian Campidelis to maneuver through the defense. Emilio Felipe Poyer kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, União Agrícola Barbarense's Natanael Velasco got a free kick in the 65th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cosmos Soccer Club's zone, Allan Mendes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Quintin Saldana came out of the goal and Allan Mendes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th minute, Tyson Stanford hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dorian Campidelis got free with Quintin Saldana in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonah Dobbs kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Quintin Saldana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Allan Mendes in the 83rd minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Cosmos Soccer Club's goal looked a bit too open when Allan Mendes came free, but Quintin Saldana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Alberto de Salles kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
