In the 3rd minute, Helge Glad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Staffan Törnqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eugenio Caligaris, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 5 played minutes Hisings Kärra RK got a freekick which was hit by Andréas Harman. If Helge Glad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 14 played minutes Hisings Kärra RK got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Michael Valler. In the 19th minute of the match, Eugenio Caligaris tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Staffan Törnqvist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After having played for 23 minutes, Ercole Rea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Farafulla FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ercole Rea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute, Farafulla FC's Daniele Cavallo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. 30 minutes into the match, Hisings Kärra RK's goal looked a bit too open when Ercole Rea came free, but Staffan Törnqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Staffan Törnqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniele Cavallo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eugenio Caligaris could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Staffan Törnqvist made a huge save. Staffan Törnqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eugenio Caligaris went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Helge Glad was the one to do the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Hisings Kärra RK's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Caligaris came free, but Staffan Törnqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ivar Vallengren fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hisings Kärra RK's protests and gave Ivar Vallengren a yellow card for diving instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fulvio Di Clemente couldn't finish the play. After having played for 62 minutes, Eugenio Caligaris managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 72nd minute Daniele Cavallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Staffan Törnqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roger Törnblom's shot from long distance in the 77th minute was not bad at all, but Farafulla FC's Dave Valeriani knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. After some careless play in the Hisings Kärra RK defense, Daniele Cavallo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Staffan Törnqvist. The Hisings Kärra RK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Staffan Törnqvist should have stopped the shot. In the 83rd match minute, Farafulla FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniele Cavallo to maneuver through the defense. 85 minutes into the match, Hisings Kärra RK's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Caligaris came free, but Staffan Törnqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hisings Kärra RK's Staffan Törnqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Caligaris in the 86th minute of play. Staffan Törnqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugenio Caligaris in the 90th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Farafulla FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
