The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vasyl Vovk got free with Tomasz Falkowski in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dmytro Dmytruk's late challenge caught a Pretoria Gostyń's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dmytro Dmytruk helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th match minute, F.C. SPERANTZA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dmytro Dmytruk to maneuver through the defense. Pretoria Gostyń's Konrad Nowacki got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Przemyslaw Piszczor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute, Vasyl Vovk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tomasz Falkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. If Jaroslaw Pisarczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vasyl Vovk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vasyl Vovk in the 36thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tomasz Falkowski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Vasyl Vovk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd match minute, F.C. SPERANTZA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svyatoslav Chayka to maneuver through the defense. When Jaroslaw Pisarczyk came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Pretoria Gostyń fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaroslaw Pisarczyk couldn't finish the play. Vasyl Vovk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Tomasz Falkowski made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

55 minutes into the match, F.C. SPERANTZA's goal looked a bit too open when Jaroslaw Pisarczyk came free, but Dmytro Mykulyak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wojciech Komanski's late challenge caught a F.C. SPERANTZA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wojciech Komanski helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pretoria Gostyń getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Wojciech Komanski hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Marko Bagnyuk managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. SPERANTZA's supporters rose to their feet, but Marko Bagnyuk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomasz Falkowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vladyslav Ushtan made in the 64th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Marko Bagnyuk however managed to control. After 66 minutes, Nazar Gerasymenko mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. SPERANTZA and the Pretoria Gostyń players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to F.C. SPERANTZA getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Nazar Gerasymenko hit a great ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Wojciech Komanski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pretoria Gostyń's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wojciech Komanski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tolek Mondrowski during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tomasz Falkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vasyl Vovk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomasz Falkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasyl Vovk in the 74th minute of play. Vladyslav Ushtan made in the 78th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Marko Bagnyuk however managed to control. Vasyl Vovk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, Pretoria Gostyń's goal looked a bit too open when Marko Bagnyuk came free, but Tomasz Falkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wojciech Komanski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dmytro Mykulyak having to interfere. If Marko Bagnyuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Pretoria Gostyń defense, Marko Bagnyuk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomasz Falkowski. The Pretoria Gostyń fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomasz Falkowski should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marko Bagnyuk in the 93rd minute of play forced Pretoria Gostyń's goalkeeper Tomasz Falkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Vasyl Vovk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomasz Falkowski was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. F.C. SPERANTZA's Marko Bagnyuk got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The F.C. SPERANTZA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Pretoria Gostyń had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
