The supporters of Brasiliense FC booed when Pretoria Gostyń was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miroslaw Gongola didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 10th minute Edinho Fernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomasz Falkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th match minute, Brasiliense FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Falcão Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. Narciso Abreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arkadiusz Winnicki, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pretoria Gostyń's Tomasz Falkowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tadeu Custódio in the 14th minute of play. Wojciech Komanski might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Narciso Abreu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wojciech Komanski ran back to his position shaking his head. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 21st minute, but Narciso Abreu got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Brasiliense FC hanging dry this time. Narciso Abreu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konrad Nowacki, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Tomasz Falkowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeu Custódio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Brasiliense FC's Hugo Porto got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39thth minute of the game Tadeu Custódio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pretoria Gostyń's Tomasz Falkowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Pretoria Gostyń defense, Edinho Fernandez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tomasz Falkowski. The Pretoria Gostyń fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tomasz Falkowski should have stopped the shot. The Pretoria Gostyń players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Brasiliense FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tadeu Custódio made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Tadeu Custódio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomasz Falkowski was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Brasiliense FC's Manuel de Carvalho got a free kick in the 56th minute. Pretoria Gostyń's Kacper Walec got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Geovani Oliveira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edinho Fernandez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Tomasz Falkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edinho Fernandez got free with Tomasz Falkowski in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Tomasz Falkowski successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Hugo Porto kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 76th match minute, Pretoria Gostyń was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arkadiusz Winnicki to maneuver through the defense. When Luiz Paulo Maranhense fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Brasiliense FC's protests and gave Luiz Paulo Maranhense a yellow card for diving instead. After 80 played minutes Brasiliense FC got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Paulo Maranhense. Edinho Fernandez in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tomasz Falkowski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Brasiliense FC's Narciso Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Konrad Nowacki in the 91st minute of play. Tomasz Falkowski had in the 100thth minute some difficulties stopping Tadeu Custódio's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The Brasiliense FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Brasiliense FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
