Filomeno Atarrabi came out of the goal and Xulian Vivero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A.D Atlético Villa Gesell's Filomeno Atarrabi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xulian Vivero in the 16th minute of play. Clemente Beila kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. After taking down the ball on Challestone S.C.'s corner Erick Villaelrriego fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Filomeno Atarrabi quite easily take care of the ball. In the 26th minute Xulian Vivero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filomeno Atarrabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st match minute, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oscar Taurino to maneuver through the defense. When Pastor Valerio came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the A.D Atlético Villa Gesell fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pastor Valerio couldn't finish the play. Challestone S.C.'s Velasco Ezquerra quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Amadeo Tirso, made in the 38th minute of the game. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Xulian Vivero made a kick off. Pastor Valerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Clemente Beila kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 59 minutes, Erick Villaelrriego mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Challestone S.C. and the A.D Atlético Villa Gesell players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience was convinced that Natalio Martxel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xzavier Espindola was relentless in the 61st minute of the game. Erick Villaelrriego hit a great ball. When the referee blew the final whistle, A.D Atlético Villa Gesell could leave the field as winners, despite Challestone S.C. having more of the ball for most of the match.
