Spectators: 7546 (Terracing: 5661, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Davi Proença got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute, Davi Proença ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waut Goons was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Waut Goons took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Davi Proença, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 12 minutes of play, Catugi FC's Glauco de Amorim made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Waut Goons was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 15 minutes, Christoffel Weets mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Mambo and the Catugi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Silas Barbosa charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silas Barbosa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Davi Proença took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waut Goons. Waut Goons dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Glen de Pelsmaecker's late challenge caught a Catugi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Glen de Pelsmaecker helped the player get up and apologised. In the 22nd match minute, Sporting Mambo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glen de Pelsmaecker to maneuver through the defense. Luizão Braga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harold Engelborgh, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After having played for 26 minutes, Christoffel Weets managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Mambo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christoffel Weets was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Sporting Mambo's Pino Maerschalckx got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Luizão Braga made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harold Engelborgh in the 35th minute. Harold Engelborgh received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Luizão Braga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luiz Gustavo do Valle hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Waut Goons showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davi Proença, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Catugi FC's Luizão Braga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Catugi FC from getting a goal against them. Luizão Braga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pino Maerschalckx, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Luizão Braga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yoachim Fondria went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Harold Engelborgh stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luizão Braga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Glen de Pelsmaecker in the 55th minute of play. Michael Armentier kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. A collision led to Sporting Mambo getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Henry Pelsers hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Davi Proença got free with Waut Goons in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 62 minutes into the match, Christoffel Weets notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Catugi FC's Luizão Braga. Luizão Braga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 65 played minutes Catugi FC got a freekick which was hit by João Carlos Ramalho. In the 70th minute, Harold Engelborgh left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sporting Mambo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christoffel Weets in the 78th minute of play forced Catugi FC's goalkeeper Luizão Braga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the game, Sporting Mambo's Christoffel Weets nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luizão Braga made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-3. Luizão Braga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harold Engelborgh in the 84th minute of the match. Luizão Braga came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Mambo's Christoffel Weets. But to his dismay, Christoffel Weets quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-3. Harold Engelborgh took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luizão Braga. Luizão Braga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-3.
