Spectators: 7518 (Terracing: 5639, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 150) 4 minutes into the match, Glauco de Amorim notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Defensores del Albinegro's Cipriano Maore. Cipriano Maore was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luizão Braga came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Defensores del Albinegro's Rigoberto Ipar. But to his dismay, Rigoberto Ipar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 14th match minute, Defensores del Albinegro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Eneko to maneuver through the defense. Cipriano Maore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davi Proença in the 15th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Anibal Jerico notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Catugi FC's Luizão Braga. Luizão Braga was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Catugi FC's Davi Proença got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 34thth minute of the game Davi Proença who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Defensores del Albinegro's Cipriano Maore was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Catugi FC's Glauco de Amorim got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 43rd minute, Eustaquio Irrintzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Defensores del Albinegro's zone, Davi Proença stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Maore came out of the goal and Davi Proença tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rigoberto Ipar made a kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Catugi FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Gustavo do Valle to maneuver through the defense. Luizão Braga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Ipar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute, Catugi FC's João Carlos Ramalho seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed João Carlos Ramalho the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Catugi FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and João Carlos Ramalho had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Leopoldo Felipillo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Defensores del Albinegro's supporters rose to their feet, but Leopoldo Felipillo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luizão Braga breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Catugi FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Glauco de Amorim hit a great ball. Glauco de Amorim struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Cipriano Maore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catugi FC. Marciano Ilixo kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Glauco de Amorim kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After 73 minutes, Iuri Viana mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Catugi FC and the Defensores del Albinegro players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cipriano Maore came out of the goal and Luiz Gustavo do Valle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Anibal Jerico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 91st minute, Silas Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rigoberto Ipar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Luizão Braga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Defensores del Albinegro players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
