Spectators: 7495 (Terracing: 5622, Seating: 1724, VIP seats: 149) Academia Militar MZ's Luís Fábio Quirino started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Academia Militar MZ's Luís Fábio Quirino got a free kick in the 8th minute. 11 minutes into the match, Academia Militar MZ's goalkeeper Luiz Gustavo da Silveira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harold Engelborgh. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualter Nóbrega in the 16th minute of play forced Sporting Mambo's goalkeeper Waut Goons to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luiz Gustavo da Silveira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Harold Engelborgh in the 17th minute. Gualter Nóbrega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Waut Goons tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Waut Goons didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luís Fábio Quirino went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Academia Militar MZ's Luiz Gustavo da Silveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Academia Militar MZ from getting a goal against them. Luís Fábio Quirino took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waut Goons. Waut Goons dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 43 minutes into the game, one of Sporting Mambo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Academia Militar MZ a penalty, 45 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gino Neto, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sporting Mambo's Waut Goons. 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Luiz Gustavo da Silveira came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Mambo's Christoffel Weets. But to his dismay, Christoffel Weets quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After some careless play in the Sporting Mambo defense, Luís Fábio Quirino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Waut Goons. The Sporting Mambo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Waut Goons should have stopped the shot. In the 65th match minute, Academia Militar MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dário Saldanha to maneuver through the defense. In the 68th minute Yoachim Fondria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Gustavo da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Luís Fábio Quirino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute Christoffel Weets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Gustavo da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute Sporting Mambo were awarded a corner. Matthieu Vincke went to the cornerflag to take it. Cacá Souto thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Luiz Gustavo da Silveira, a very annoying self made goal in the 77th minute which led to 3-4. In the 80th minute Harold Engelborgh shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Gustavo da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luiz Gustavo da Silveira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pino Maerschalckx went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-4 was the resulting score. Yoachim Fondria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Gustavo da Silveira having to interfere. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
