Spectators: 7486 (Terracing: 5615, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Davi Proença got the match started through his kick off. In the 14th minute Davi Proença shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xzavier Espindola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Challestone S.C.'s goalkeeper Xzavier Espindola, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Garrido Michelena hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After 28 played minutes, Catugi FC's Frederico Bertassi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Xzavier Espindola came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Catugi FC reached it. If Glauco de Amorim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 played minutes Challestone S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Garrido Michelena. Glauco de Amorim scored 0-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xzavier Espindola, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Villota Estivariz during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Villota Estivariz kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute Davi Proença shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xzavier Espindola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xzavier Espindola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davi Proença, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Garrido Michelena hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Manuel Asegninolaza's late challenge caught a Catugi FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Asegninolaza helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th minute, Manuel Asegninolaza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half Catugi FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xesus Coello was the one to do the kick off. Erick Villaelrriego scored 1-1 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luizão Braga, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 58th minute, Catugi FC's Frederico Bertassi dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Challestone S.C.'s Xzavier Espindola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Challestone S.C. from getting a goal against them. Luiz Gustavo do Valle hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Xulian Vivero came free, but Luizão Braga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Xesus Coello had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luizão Braga. Catugi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xesus Coello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. In the 81st minute Glauco de Amorim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xzavier Espindola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Xesus Coello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Luizão Braga was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Catugi FC's Davi Proença got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After 94 minutes of play Challestone S.C.'s Manuel Asegninolaza was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The Challestone S.C. support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
