When Hameur Aribi fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salmiyah Power's protests and gave Hameur Aribi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Margarita booed when Salmiyah Power was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hameur Aribi didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Margarita getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Gustavo Telo hit a great ball. When Margarita's Aquiles Onofre in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Salmiyah Power's goalie prevented a goal. In the 12th minute, Romulo Ramone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Anthar Derrida had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, Salmiyah Power's Ruperto Raulo threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Halim Djamel, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ruperto Raulo was a little too slow when Anthar Derrida got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 22nd minute of the game, Rachid Bouziane landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 22 minutes into the game, Simon Hats was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Margarita's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salmiyah Power the free kick. Salmiyah Power's Djamel Zerguelaine was substituted for Rachid Bouziane. A collision led to Margarita getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Simon Hats hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Anthar Derrida notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Margarita's Ruperto Raulo. Ruperto Raulo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ruperto Raulo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Halim Djamel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the game, Djamel Zerguelaine was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Salmiyah Power's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Margarita the free kick. Djamel Zerguelaine kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 played minutes Salmiyah Power got a freekick which was hit by Amrani Bezzaz. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aquiles Onofre in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Larbi Deghmani saved Salmiyah Power from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet as Salmiyah Power's Amrani Bezzaz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ruperto Raulo. That made the score 3-0 after 42 minutes of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aquiles Onofre was the one to do the kick off. Ruperto Raulo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anthar Derrida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Halim Djamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hameur Aribi got his second yellow card in the match during the 61st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Hameur Aribi kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Margarita's goalkeeper Ruperto Raulo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Halim Djamel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salmiyah Power made a substitution. Nouara Djahnine replaced Amrani Bezzaz. After 72 played minutes Margarita got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Telo. Ruperto Raulo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Halim Djamel went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Nouara Djahnine might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruperto Raulo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nouara Djahnine ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nouara Djahnine in the 77th minute of play forced Margarita's goalkeeper Ruperto Raulo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Salmiyah Power's Hocine Halimi got a free kick in the 81st minute. Salmiyah Power's Larbi Deghmani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Carlomagno in the 82nd minute of play. In the 86th minute Halim Djamel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruperto Raulo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Salmiyah Power's goalkeeper Larbi Deghmani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Modesto Kismi. In the 93rd minute, Anthar Derrida hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
