The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9th minute Benedicto Cillero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bülent Şemsifer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bülent Şemsifer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Benitua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Claudio Benitua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Bülent Şemsifer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lions Of Turks's Anıl Ozan Okkan got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benedicto Cillero hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the game, Dursun Ali Hüryaşar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Laurendi Astiategui was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benedicto Cillero scored 1-1 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bülent Şemsifer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arif Burak Erengüç hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dursun Ali Hüryaşar to strike the kick off in the second half. Bülent Şemsifer came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's Benedicto Cillero. But to his dismay, Benedicto Cillero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Lions Of Turks's Ozan Bekdil shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 59th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Laurendi Astiategui but with some difficulty. Menendo Igay hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's zone, Arif Burak Erengüç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laurendi Astiategui came out of the goal and Arif Burak Erengüç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute, Distiratsu Varioz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bülent Şemsifer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benedicto Cillero in the 71st minute of the match. Claudio Benitua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74thth minute of the game Dursun Ali Hüryaşar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's Laurendi Astiategui was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dursun Ali Hüryaşar in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Laurendi Astiategui saved BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM from getting behind. In the 79th minute, Lions Of Turks's Cabbar Özkan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Laurendi Astiategui. Laurendi Astiategui yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Çelik Adam charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Çelik Adam the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Lions Of Turks getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Çelik Adam hit a great ball. BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's Laurendi Astiategui proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM from getting a goal against them. Dursun Ali Hüryaşar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Laurendi Astiategui when he managed to save the team from getting behind. For all the effort they put into the match, the Lions Of Turks players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM.
