Claudio Benitua could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Ulises Sidro made a huge save. In the 36th match minute, BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romildo Varsana to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th match minute, Club A. Chipa y Tereré was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulo Segio to maneuver through the defense. Tadeo Sesuldo lost his temper 46 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a rather tough play, Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Tadeo Sesuldo got a free kick in the 46th minute. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

With a little luck, BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's Laurendi Astiategui got control of the ball when Silvano Quinteros tried to sneak it across the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Nemesio Rios had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Laurendi Astiategui. If Vladimiro Guillerme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Club A. Chipa y Tereré supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Club A. Chipa y Tereré would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
