In the 6th minute Hipolito Beliran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florin Suşu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 10th match minute, Club A. Chipa y Tereré was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gogo Sabin to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute, Hipolito Beliran made a precise shot to the right of Florin Suşu. YR☆ Rossoneri™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Quinteros in the 18th minute of play forced YR☆ Rossoneri™'s goalkeeper Florin Suşu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, YR☆ Rossoneri™'s Constantin Maniu got a free kick in the 19th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Marian Drogoreanu managed to get in a good position for a shot. YR☆ Rossoneri™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Marian Drogoreanu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ulises Sidro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of YR☆ Rossoneri™:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Club A. Chipa y Tereré:s goal. Florin Suşu had in the 40thth minute some difficulties stopping Hipolito Beliran's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 41 minutes, Silvano Quinteros made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. YR☆ Rossoneri™'s Florin Suşu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ulises Sidro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marian Drogoreanu's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Nemesio Rios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Florin Suşu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Beliran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Florin Suşu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvano Quinteros, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Silvano Quinteros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Florin Suşu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florin Suşu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hipolito Beliran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 66 minutes into the match, Club A. Chipa y Tereré's goalkeeper Ulises Sidro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marian Drogoreanu. With a little luck, Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Ulises Sidro got control of the ball when Marian Drogoreanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the YR☆ Rossoneri™ defense, Nemesio Rios kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florin Suşu. The YR☆ Rossoneri™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florin Suşu should have stopped the shot. Club A. Chipa y Tereré made a substitution. Albino Godoy replaced Silvano Quinteros. When Dinu Bungescu fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Florin Suşu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ulises Sidro made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Marian Drogoreanu sent off a good shot on target. Florin Suşu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Beliran in the 88th minute of play. Paulo Segio hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Delmar Maxin charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Delmar Maxin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd match minute, Club A. Chipa y Tereré was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Maxin to maneuver through the defense. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
