The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Florin Suşu made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Claudio Benitua sent off a good shot on target. Florin Suşu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romildo Varsana in the 9th minute of play. After a rather tough play, YR☆ Rossoneri™'s Dinu Bungescu got a free kick in the 10th minute. After a defensive mix-up in BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's zone, Mihăiţă Voina stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laurendi Astiategui came out of the goal and Mihăiţă Voina tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marian Drogoreanu scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Laurendi Astiategui, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benedicto Cillero kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, YR☆ Rossoneri™'s George Plopeanu got a free kick in the 24th minute. Florin Suşu made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Claudio Benitua sent off a good shot on target. BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM's Laurendi Astiategui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Drogoreanu in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Dinu Bungescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Laurendi Astiategui was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 43rd match minute, BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Maruri to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Constantin Maniu hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. In the 46th minute Marian Drogoreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laurendi Astiategui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Benedicto Cillero took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Florin Suşu. Florin Suşu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 62nd minute, Mihăiţă Voina fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Laurendi Astiategui made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dinu Bungescu in the 70th minute. The supporters of BARAJAS SOCCER TEAM booed when YR☆ Rossoneri™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihăiţă Voina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Laurendi Astiategui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dinu Bungescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Dinu Bungescu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Laurendi Astiategui. That made the score 1-4 in the 86 minute of play. Florin Suşu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benedicto Cillero in the 93rd minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. YR☆ Rossoneri™ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
