Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Aquiles Onofre took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Nemesio Rios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 5th minute, Hipolito Beliran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ulises Sidro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Kismi in the 8th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Margarita were awarded a corner. Felipe Carlomagno went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Margarita's Felipe Carlomagno to fire away a dangerous shot which Ulises Sidro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 18 minutes Margarita's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hipolito Beliran who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Margarita's goalie and right to Felix Lore. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Margarita's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Ruperto Raulo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Beliran in the 20th minute of play. Nemesio Rios's late challenge caught a Margarita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nemesio Rios helped the player get up and apologised. Nemesio Rios kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. The supporters of Club A. Chipa y Tereré booed when Margarita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Ramone didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Silvano Quinteros kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ruperto Raulo. That made the score 1-0 in the 33 minute of play. Ruperto Raulo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Beliran in the 36th minute of play. Modesto Kismi kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hipolito Beliran made a kick off. Silvano Quinteros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th minute, Hipolito Beliran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hipolito Beliran in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruperto Raulo saved Margarita from getting behind. In the 64thth minute of the game Hipolito Beliran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Margarita's Ruperto Raulo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 65th minute, Tadeo Sesuldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Margarita booed when Club A. Chipa y Tereré was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvano Quinteros didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71stth minute of the game Hipolito Beliran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Margarita's Ruperto Raulo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eulalio Meder got free with Ulises Sidro in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Club A. Chipa y Tereré's Ulises Sidro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Kismi in the 83rd minute of play. Margarita's Ruperto Raulo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albino Godoy in the 85th minute of play. Eulalio Meder struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Ulises Sidro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Margarita. Ruperto Raulo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albino Godoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Vladimiro Guillerme took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruperto Raulo. Ruperto Raulo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Hipolito Beliran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ruperto Raulo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Margarita players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Club A. Chipa y Tereré.
