Hameur Aribi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 3rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cido Cavalcante. Facopo FBPA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cido Cavalcante made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amrani Bezzaz in the 6th minute of play. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Salmiyah Power's goalkeeper Larbi Deghmani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 11 played minutes Salmiyah Power got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Bahari. In the 15th minute Tiago Gabriel Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Larbi Deghmani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hameur Aribi's late challenge caught a Facopo FBPA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hameur Aribi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th minute, Salmiyah Power's Hameur Aribi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Cido Cavalcante. Cido Cavalcante yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0.
