LA InDuStRiA INC's Niceto Ugutz pulled a muscle in his leg after 32 minutes and couldn't finish the game. When Eufemio Zugarrondo fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletico Maturrango's protests and gave Eufemio Zugarrondo a yellow card for diving instead. Eufemio Zugarrondo hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute Emilio Koldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raul Platas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilio Koldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Raul Platas made a huge save. 47 minutes into the match, Atletico Maturrango's goal looked a bit too open when Godfredo Abad came free, but Raul Platas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dei Ibarlucea to make the kick off. Nicasio Henrico kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After having played for 59 minutes, Milian Cañete managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico Maturrango's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milian Cañete was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Dei Ibarlucea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ignacio Goren took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Raul Platas. Raul Platas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Emilio Koldo kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Raul Platas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Goren in the 71st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Atletico Maturrango's Esteve Galdamiz got a free kick in the 84th minute. Raul Platas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emilio Koldo in the 91st minute of the match. With a little luck, LA InDuStRiA INC's Claudio Panpili got control of the ball when Dei Ibarlucea tried to sneak it across the goal line. Claudio Panpili made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dei Ibarlucea in the 96th minute. LA InDuStRiA INC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
