Doni Pitta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lord of the Wings. After 6 played minutes Lord of the Wings got a freekick which was hit by Colin Murphy. In the 13th minute, Lord of the Wings's Patrick Dean ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Doni Pitta. Doni Pitta yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Daniel McCutcheon kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Ron Fife made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ademir Pimenta in the 19th minute of play. Ademir Pimenta's late challenge caught a Lord of the Wings's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ademir Pimenta helped the player get up and apologised. Ademir Pimenta kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Doni Pitta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roy Walters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rob Coull received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Doni Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Doni Pitta was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Roy Walters capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Roy Walters really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Patrick Dean received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Doni Pitta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lord of the Wings's Roy Walters got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Lord of the Wings booed when IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nildo de Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roy Walters in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doni Pitta saved IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Nildo de Amaral made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Lord of the Wings's zone, Alan Arce stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ron Fife came out of the goal and Alan Arce tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ron Fife made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Arruda in the 56th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Colin Murphy was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lord of the Wings's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. the free kick. In the 60th minute Colin Murphy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doni Pitta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doni Pitta came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lord of the Wings's Roy Walters. But to his dismay, Roy Walters quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Patrick Dean's late challenge caught a IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ademir Pimenta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Ron Fife made a huge save. When Nildo de Amaral came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nildo de Amaral couldn't finish the play. Alan Arce kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Ron Fife made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Nildo de Amaral sent off a good shot on target. Doni Pitta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rob Coull, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 87 played minutes IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ademir Pimenta. Patrick Dean might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Doni Pitta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Patrick Dean ran back to his position shaking his head. Bruno Arruda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Ron Fife tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lord of the Wings walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
