In the 15th minute Nicholas Lefebvre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doni Pitta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th match minute, IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Cavalcante to maneuver through the defense. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gilberto Cavalcante made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Grandbois during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Doni Pitta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nicholas Lefebvre in the 61st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Qikiqtarjuaq FC's Alton Tate slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Doni Pitta. That made the score 1-2 after 63 minutes of play. Faustão Leme hit a great ball. Austin Oleary's late challenge caught a IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain.
