Spectators: 7458 (Terracing: 5594, Seating: 1715, VIP seats: 149) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lorenzo Olavarria in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Børge Nystrand prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 4 minutes into the game, Tapa Red F.C's Gaston Traspuesto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Børge Nystrand made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Børge Nystrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenzo Olavarria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes into the match, Tiago Herro notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Pheonix FC's Børge Nystrand. Børge Nystrand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 13th minute, Celipe Osorio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vagner Kjellov could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Esquipula Unanue made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Resing in the 16th minute of play forced Tapa Red F.C's goalkeeper Esquipula Unanue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Frederik Beeck kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Esquipula Unanue. That made the score 1-2 in the 19 minute of play. Reno Rio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Børge Nystrand read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Lorenzo Olavarria notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Pheonix FC's Børge Nystrand. Børge Nystrand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Børge Nystrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Olavarria in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to Tapa Red F.C getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Gaston Traspuesto hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Lorenzo Olavarria sped through Pheonix FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Børge Nystrand. Børge Nystrand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lorenzo Olavarria's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Esquipula Unanue showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frederik Beeck in the 52nd minute of the match. Esquipula Unanue took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Resing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reno Rio kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. If Gaston Traspuesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vagner Kjellov during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 65 played minutes Pheonix FC got a freekick which was hit by Vagner Kjellov. 67 minutes into the game, Gaston Traspuesto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Børge Nystrand was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 74th match minute, Tapa Red F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Olavarria to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Gaston Traspuesto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tapa Red F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaston Traspuesto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Børge Nystrand breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reno Rio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Børge Nystrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th match minute, Tapa Red F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerrold Suazo to maneuver through the defense. Gaston Traspuesto succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-6 in the 93rd playminute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tapa Red F.C walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
