Spectators: 7513 (Terracing: 5635, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 150) Sporting Tuga FC's Afonso Bulhosa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Vladimiro Meireles charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vladimiro Meireles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 4th match minute, Sporting Tuga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Meireles to maneuver through the defense. Albérico Camargo kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. After 9 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sporting Tuga FC! 14 minutes into the game, Cameron Ashley recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dário Vilar. Cameron Ashley showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. A collision led to Stowe City getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Cameron Ashley hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Stowe City's Bryon Valencia got a free kick in the 21st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Albérico Camargo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sporting Tuga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Albérico Camargo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alex Rogers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 30 minutes, Enzo Chagas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sporting Tuga FC and the Stowe City players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th minute, one of Sporting Tuga FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sporting Tuga FC. Dário Vilar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cameron Ashley in the 35th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Tuga FC's zone, Timmy Diggs stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dário Vilar came out of the goal and Timmy Diggs tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpected shot in the 47th minute by Cameron Ashley got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Dário Vilar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruce Cornell in the 52nd minute of the match. Dário Vilar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruce Cornell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alex Rogers came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Tuga FC's Leonardo Sousa. But to his dismay, Leonardo Sousa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 61 minutes into the match, Sporting Tuga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruce Cornell came free, but Dário Vilar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cameron Ashley in the 66th minute of play forced Sporting Tuga FC's goalkeeper Dário Vilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vladimiro Meireles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Alex Rogers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dário Vilar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cameron Ashley in the 77th minute of play. Dário Vilar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Timmy Diggs went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Sporting Tuga FC booed when Stowe City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cameron Ashley didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 85 minutes on the clock, Enzo Chagas commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 85th minute, one of Sporting Tuga FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sporting Tuga FC. In the 91st match minute, Sporting Tuga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albérico Camargo to maneuver through the defense. Leonardo Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Rogers having to interfere. 97 minutes into the game, Stowe City's Bruce Cornell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dário Vilar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Stowe City fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sporting Tuga FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
