Spectators: 7472 (Terracing: 5605, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) DeAngelo Guevara started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Billy Hardy's late challenge caught a Sporting Tuga FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Billy Hardy helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Stowe City's Billy Hardy got a free kick in the 16th minute. When Arturo Charles fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stowe City's protests and gave Arturo Charles a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Stowe City getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Arturo Charles hit a great ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game DeAngelo Guevara who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sporting Tuga FC's Dário Vilar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 25 played minutes Sporting Tuga FC got a freekick which was hit by Enzo Chagas. In the 26th match minute, Sporting Tuga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Sousa to maneuver through the defense. Stowe City's DeAngelo Guevara got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Albérico Camargo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 played minutes, Stowe City's Leon Hadley shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dário Vilar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Stowe City reached it. When Stowe City's DeAngelo Guevara in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sporting Tuga FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Tuga FC's zone, Billy Hardy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dário Vilar came out of the goal and Billy Hardy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 40 played minutes Sporting Tuga FC got a freekick which was hit by Albérico Camargo. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Afonso Bulhosa was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by DeAngelo Guevara in the 53rd minute of play forced Sporting Tuga FC's goalkeeper Dário Vilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stowe City's Lyle Dill was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 58th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. DeAngelo Guevara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Stowe City getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Lyle Dill hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Afonso Bulhosa in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dillon Yoder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dillon Yoder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Afonso Bulhosa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Stowe City's Homer Schmidt got a free kick in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, Afonso Bulhosa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dillon Yoder. Stowe City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Afonso Bulhosa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 89th minute, DeAngelo Guevara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Afonso Bulhosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Dillon Yoder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
