Faustino Asprilla started the match with the kick off. Magno Pirani succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 9th playminute. Antônio Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natanael Silva in the 15th minute of the match. When Fábio Dionísio fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Belotaurus FC's protests and gave Fábio Dionísio a yellow card for diving instead. Fábio Dionísio kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Luís Guilherme Quadros struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Antônio Rezende didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belotaurus FC. Faustino Asprilla in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Raphael Salgado, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, Belotaurus FC's Fábio Dionísio got a free kick in the 26th minute. After 30 played minutes C.A Gryffindor got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Loureiro. 31 minutes into the match, C.A Gryffindor's goal looked a bit too open when Natanael Silva came free, but Antônio Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafa Diniz charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rafa Diniz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to C.A Gryffindor getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Rafa Diniz hit a great ball. Rafa Diniz spun around in front of the goal 36 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Belotaurus FC's goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Fábio Dionísio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belotaurus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fábio Dionísio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antônio Rezende breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Faustino Asprilla struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Raphael Salgado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A Gryffindor. If Faustino Asprilla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antônio Rezende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fábio Dionísio in the 48th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luís Guilherme Quadros was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute Luís Guilherme Quadros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antônio Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 60th play minutes Faustino Asprilla shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Raphael Salgado and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 65th match minute, C.A Gryffindor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlinhos Ortiz to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, C.A Gryffindor's Magno Pirani got a free kick in the 67th minute. Antônio Rezende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fábio Dionísio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 71 played minutes C.A Gryffindor got a freekick which was hit by Magno Pirani. In the 72nd minute, Belotaurus FC's Luís Guilherme Quadros dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. When Rafa Diniz came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the C.A Gryffindor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafa Diniz couldn't finish the play. Magno Pirani hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Faustino Asprilla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raphael Salgado was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafa Diniz in the 81st minute of play forced Belotaurus FC's goalkeeper Raphael Salgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute, Magno Pirani made a precise shot to the right of Raphael Salgado. Belotaurus FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Faustino Asprilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raphael Salgado having to interfere. Raphael Salgado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Faustino Asprilla in the 92nd minute of play. In the 96th minute Faustino Asprilla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raphael Salgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.A Gryffindor's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
