After 42 minutes, Mitchell Terpstra mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Ontembare Leeuwen and the Markowy Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. The Markowy Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cyryl Wielowiejski should have stopped the shot. De Ontembare Leeuwen's Koos Staal got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Koos Staal in the 93rd minute of play forced Markowy Team's goalkeeper Cyryl Wielowiejski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
