Spectators: 7498 (Terracing: 5624, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fredric Fågel started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Gnaget United FC booed when DIPLOMATA FC PAB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Palmeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Marquinhos Sousa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jens Wester was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Jens Wester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos Sousa in the 15th minute of play. After 16 minutes, Fredric Fågel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gnaget United FC and the DIPLOMATA FC PAB players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jens Wester took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinei Passos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jens Wester came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Claudinei Passos. But to his dismay, Claudinei Passos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gnaget United FC's David Hamberg collided with an opponent after 28 minutes. The hit was so violent that he fractured his nose and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marquinhos Sousa during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gnaget United FC made a substitution. André Bergman replaced David Hamberg. Marquinhos Sousa kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. A collision led to Gnaget United FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Osvald Nyberg hit a great ball. Jens Wester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos Sousa in the 37th minute of play. If Simão Braga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marquinhos Sousa made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simão Braga in the 60th minute of play forced Gnaget United FC's goalkeeper Jens Wester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, Gnaget United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Simão Braga came free, but Jens Wester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When João Carlos Martins fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DIPLOMATA FC PAB's protests and gave João Carlos Martins a yellow card for diving instead. After 64 played minutes DIPLOMATA FC PAB got a freekick which was hit by João Carlos Martins. Jens Wester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos Sousa in the 67th minute of play. Pedrinho Sergipano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sören Odman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gnaget United FC's Carl Rosendal got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After recieving a nice pass, DIPLOMATA FC PAB's Marquinhos Sousa tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jens Wester made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Marquinhos Sousa sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute Marquinhos Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens Wester saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. DIPLOMATA FC PAB's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
