Tarcisio Rezende was left in no man's land by his defense there! Diego Arioli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Tarcisio Rezende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Supremacy Catania FC booed when Laguna Sunrise FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Willian Quirino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Orlando Velloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tarcisio Rezende was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 47 played minutes Laguna Sunrise FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulão Rossi. The Laguna Sunrise FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Supremacy Catania FC were winning 0-4.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Diego Arioli was the one to do the kick off. Laguna Sunrise FC's Tarcisio Rezende played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Arioli in the 62nd minute of play. In the 79th minute Diego Arioli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarcisio Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Diego Arioli in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tarcisio Rezende prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th minute, one of Laguna Sunrise FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Laguna Sunrise FC. Dario Saraceni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Tarcisio Rezende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tarcisio Rezende stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Diego Arioli's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. When the final whistle sounded Supremacy Catania FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Laguna Sunrise FC.
