Aysouraguán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave DeportivoIndependienteMDP the free kick. When Otero Nadal fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aysouraguán's protests and gave Otero Nadal a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Aysouraguán getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jacinto Mangas hit a great ball. Aquilino Rey was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 47th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Aquilino Rey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Baldemer Sevilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aquilino Rey's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Baldemer Sevilla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Silvano Abel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Santos in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, Aysouraguán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iban Abancens to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacinto Mangas during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 69 minutes into the game, Eustaquio Jorrin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After having played for 70 minutes, Teo Montes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aysouraguán's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teo Montes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silvano Abel was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Teo Montes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 81 minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Aysouraguán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iban Abancens to maneuver through the defense. In the 88thth minute of the game Eustaquio Jorrin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aysouraguán's Baldemer Sevilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Jorrin notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Aysouraguán's Baldemer Sevilla. Baldemer Sevilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Aquilino Rey struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Baldemer Sevilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DeportivoIndependienteMDP. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. DeportivoIndependienteMDP fully deserved thier win.
