Denis Negruț could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Ove Vassenius made a huge save. The referee felt a red card was in order, 7 minutes into the game, when Ştefan Vâtcă put in a rough tackle. 6 minutes into the game, one of Unicorns ™:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Isac Drâmba had in the 9thth minute some difficulties stopping Alf Kullgren's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 13th minute, Codrin Boc ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ove Vassenius was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 16th minute, Ingvar Sillén made a precise shot to the right of Isac Drâmba. Unicorns ™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Ingvar Sillén scored 1-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isac Drâmba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 33rd minute Ingvar Sillén shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isac Drâmba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Codrin Boc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Gabriel Bäckström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isac Drâmba was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The Unicorns ™ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SSC Ambrosini were winning 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Codrin Boc stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Calistrat Mihalcea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isac Drâmba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Bäckström, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. After 60 played minutes Unicorns ™ got a freekick which was hit by Iustinian Petre. In the 65th minute, Gabriel Bäckström reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Isac Drâmba. The goal made the score 1-4. After a rather tough play, Unicorns ™'s Codrin Boc got a free kick in the 67th minute. Unicorns ™'s Petrică Ţirpescu got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With splendid footwork Gabriel Bäckström arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-5 by the left pole in the game's 76th minute. Isac Drâmba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ingvar Sillén in the 81st minute. Gabriel Bäckström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isac Drâmba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. SSC Ambrosini's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
