An unexpectedly hard shot by Aleksander Czeszyk in the 11th minute of play forced Oskars Glada Gäng's goalkeeper Edwin Billvall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Mariusz Modliszewski came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Lech Max fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariusz Modliszewski couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Lech Max booed when Oskars Glada Gäng was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Unesson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute Adam Wachna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwin Billvall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 played minutes Lech Max got a freekick which was hit by Teobald Podolski. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adam Wachna got free with Edwin Billvall in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 41st minute, Teobald Podolski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Edwin Billvall was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Edwin Billvall stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mariusz Modliszewski's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. After 46 played minutes Oskars Glada Gäng got a freekick which was hit by Tommy Örtlund. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jan Jansson to make the kick off. Olaf Mis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Jansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Beniamin Czciborek charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Beniamin Czciborek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Lech Max getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Beniamin Czciborek hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the match, Oskars Glada Gäng's goal looked a bit too open when Aleksander Czeszyk came free, but Edwin Billvall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matthias Sjöö succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 62nd playminute. Edwin Billvall made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Janusz Smolak in the 74th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Adam Wachna made a precise shot to the right of Edwin Billvall. Oskars Glada Gäng's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthias Sjöö in the 81st minute of play forced Lech Max's goalkeeper Olaf Mis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Allan Unesson could shoot a difficult shot in the 93rd minute, which Olaf Mis however easily saved by the left post. 95 minutes into the match, Oskars Glada Gäng's goal looked a bit too open when Adam Wachna came free, but Edwin Billvall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lech Max fully deserved thier win.
