An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Iaki in the 13th minute of play forced San Martin de Tucumán's goalkeeper Feliciano Chorche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Pan FC's Cleto Iaki nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cleto Iaki in the 28th minute of play forced San Martin de Tucumán's goalkeeper Feliciano Chorche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amador Aldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hector Gaur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44thth minute of the game Cleto Iaki who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Martin de Tucumán's Feliciano Chorche was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Feliciano Chorche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Iaki in the 46th minute of play. The San Martin de Tucumán players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Pan FC were winning 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orlando Sanduru to strike the kick off in the second half. Cleto Iaki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Feliciano Chorche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 56 minutes, Gaspar Rosario mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Martin de Tucumán and the Pan FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gaspar Rosario kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Cleto Iaki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Feliciano Chorche was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. In the 74th minute, Dalmacio Maiorga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Americo Rubio might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Feliciano Chorche. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Americo Rubio ran back to his position shaking his head. 75 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Iliana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. San Martin de Tucumán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pan FC the free kick. In the 76th minute, Wilfredo Iliana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Pan FC's Gustavo Gamus got a free kick in the 79th minute. San Martin de Tucumán's Angelo Berenguer got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The nice shot from Cleto Iaki in the 83rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Feliciano Chorche had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. A hard shot 85 in the game by Cleto Iaki from a close distance when the talented Feliciano Chorche managed to make a qualified save. San Martin de Tucumán's players were relieved. Feliciano Chorche made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cleto Iaki in the 89th minute. 94 minutes into the game, Cleto Iaki lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Feliciano Chorche.
