One of Pan FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Botev Plovdiv 1912:s goal. Yavor Zehirov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cleto Iaki in the 12th minute of the match. Emanuil Gurkov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Cleto Iaki put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Yavor Zehirov. Pan FC's Cleto Iaki got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valko Mitin got free with Anastasio Mikeldi in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cleto Iaki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yavor Zehirov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Iaki in the 52nd minute of play. Anastasio Mikeldi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valko Mitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. When Emanuil Gurkov fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Botev Plovdiv 1912's protests and gave Emanuil Gurkov a yellow card for diving instead. Emanuil Gurkov kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Cleto Iaki could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Yavor Zehirov however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Hector Gaur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pan FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hector Gaur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yavor Zehirov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Botev Plovdiv 1912 booed when Pan FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonio Misael didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 70 minutes, Antonio Dryankov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Botev Plovdiv 1912 and the Pan FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 70th match minute, Botev Plovdiv 1912 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Dryankov to maneuver through the defense. Botev Plovdiv 1912's Yavor Zehirov proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Botev Plovdiv 1912 from getting a goal against them. In the 91st minute Bratan Vladikov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Mikeldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yavor Zehirov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cleto Iaki in the 94th minute of play. In the 96th minute, Tadeo Telmo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Yavor Zehirov was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pan FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
