The referee showed Abílio Sacramento the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. But to his dismay, Adolfo Abrantes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 20th minute Adolfo Abrantes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Villiam Holmberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Fred Vidman fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored HEJA ESLÖV's protests and gave Fred Vidman a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, Fred Vidman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Fred Vidman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adolfo Abrantess short, quick shot in the 28thth minute got Villiam Holmberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 31 minutes into the match, HEJA ESLÖV's goal looked a bit too open when Torcato Colaço came free, but Villiam Holmberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fred Vidman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Mateus Garcez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valter Pedersson lost his temper 35 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a defensive mix-up in HEJA ESLÖV's zone, Cristian Ronaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Villiam Holmberg came out of the goal and Cristian Ronaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A sloppy throw-in by Eusébio Lamego in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by HEJA ESLÖV's Fred Eriksson. After a defensive mix-up in KINDERUZ's zone, Fred Eriksson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateus Garcez came out of the goal and Fred Eriksson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute of the game Alexandre Galvão made a throw-in which Cristian Ronaldo played forward. Torcato Colaço's late challenge caught a HEJA ESLÖV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Torcato Colaço helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, KINDERUZ's Torcato Colaço got a free kick in the 44th minute. Björn Wallgren shot from long distance after 45 played minutes, a shot that Mateus Garcez with certain difficulty stopped from going in under the crossbar. After 47 played minutes, HEJA ESLÖV's Björn Wallgren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mateus Garcez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in HEJA ESLÖV reached it. Torcato Colaço kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adolfo Abrantes in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Villiam Holmberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 54th match minute, HEJA ESLÖV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Eriksson to maneuver through the defense. Eusébio Lamego made in the 55th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by HEJA ESLÖV's Fred Eriksson. In the 57th minute, Andreas Bengtsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute, Paulo Valério made a precise shot to the right of Villiam Holmberg. HEJA ESLÖV's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torcato Colaço in the 64th minute of play forced HEJA ESLÖV's goalkeeper Villiam Holmberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of HEJA ESLÖV booed when KINDERUZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torcato Colaço didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the game, Eusébio Lamego threw the ball into play from the sideline. HEJA ESLÖV's Fred Eriksson quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Fred Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. HEJA ESLÖV's Fred Eriksson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Eusébio Lamego in the 73 minute of the game. A sloppy throw-in by Eusébio Lamego in the 75th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by HEJA ESLÖV's Fred Eriksson. Mats Samuelsson kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Fred Vidman hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. HEJA ESLÖV's Fred Vidman quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alexandre Galvão, made in the 88th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Fred Vidman managed to get in a good position for a shot. HEJA ESLÖV's supporters rose to their feet, but Fred Vidman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateus Garcez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. HEJA ESLÖV's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
