The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Valter Pedersson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 2nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elias Saman having to make a save. 12 minutes in the game Nicanor Janpier did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Rodrigo Romo. After a defensive mix-up in Perico City Grup's zone, Fred Vidman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Saman came out of the goal and Fred Vidman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Arnoldo Madaleno's late challenge caught a HEJA ESLÖV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnoldo Madaleno helped the player get up and apologised. Arnoldo Madaleno hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. If Andreas Bengtsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 24 played minutes Perico City Grup got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Oriol. Fred Vidmans short, quick shot in the 26thth minute got Elias Saman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 29 minutes into the game, one of Perico City Grup:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mats Samuelsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Elias Saman made a huge save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fred Vidman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Nyström in the 56th minute of play forced Perico City Grup's goalkeeper Elias Saman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Perico City Grup's zone, Fred Vidman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Saman came out of the goal and Fred Vidman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Fred Vidman managed to get in a good position for a shot. HEJA ESLÖV's supporters rose to their feet, but Fred Vidman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Saman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elias Saman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Vidman, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Elias Saman came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by HEJA ESLÖV's Valter Pedersson. But to his dismay, Valter Pedersson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In a very dangerous position, a player in HEJA ESLÖV fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! Celestino Incendio hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Björn Wallgren struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Elias Saman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HEJA ESLÖV. The throw-in from Carl Stenqvist in the 84th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Perico City Grup's Celestino Incendio. With 89 minutes on the clock, Celestino Incendio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 88 minutes into the game, one of Perico City Grup:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Elias Saman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fred Vidman's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Cecilio Araoz hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Fred Vidman struck a weak shot in the 101st minute. Elias Saman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HEJA ESLÖV.
