Club Sports Pergamino's Delmar Belmiro got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ernesto Seme was out of position in the 31 minute of play, and Delmar Belmiro capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Delmar Belmiro really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. If Delmar Belmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ermegildo Joey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaston Txerran having to make a save. When Isaac Dolfos came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Club Sports Pergamino fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Dolfos couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute, Isaac Dolfos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Severino Casomiro got free with Gaston Txerran in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Ermegildo Joey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sergio Fernendo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaston Txerran having to interfere. After 89 played minutes Islas FC got a freekick which was hit by Nicolas Iruinea. Club Sports Pergamino's defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Ermegildo Joey scored to the left of an out of position Gaston Txerran, making the score, 2-1. Islas FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Club Sports Pergamino had won, even though Islas FC had held more of the ball.
