Nechifor Oargă showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro Vieira in the 2nd minute of the match. Leandro Vieira scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nechifor Oargă, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Liviu Sbârcea managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's supporters rose to their feet, but Liviu Sbârcea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Washington Baiano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricardo Tasso took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nechifor Oargă. Nechifor Oargă dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Nechifor Oargă made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Vieira in the 21st minute of play. Nechifor Oargă showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Tasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Leandro Vieira put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Nechifor Oargă. In the 41st minute, Alin Feroiu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ricardo Tasso to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardo Tasso in the 76th minute of play forced FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's goalkeeper Nechifor Oargă to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ricardo Tasso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nechifor Oargă came out and tried to block the shot, but Ricardo Tasso slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 82nd minute. In the 91st minute of the match, Ricardo Tasso tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nechifor Oargă saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Chinho FC booed when FC UNIREA Alba Iulia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gavril Niculiță didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Leandro Vieira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chinho FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leandro Vieira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The FC UNIREA Alba Iulia fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Chinho FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
