The supporters of Braga Junior FC booed when Islas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Iruinea didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute of the match Artur Azevedo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ernesto Seme showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Artur Azevedo succeeded in the game's 21st minute to get real power on a long shot . Islas FC's Ernesto Seme hadn't the time to block the shot which was pasted into the goal, 1-1! Iuri Domingues struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Ernesto Seme didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Braga Junior FC. Ernesto Seme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kiko Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Artur Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Severino Casomiro struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Danilo Arruda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Islas FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Ermegildo Joey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Islas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Ermegildo Joey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Arruda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Iuri Domingues kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Severino Casomiro made a precise shot to the right of Danilo Arruda. Braga Junior FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Braga Junior FC's Kiko Neves got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carmelo Conrao's late challenge caught a Braga Junior FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carmelo Conrao helped the player get up and apologised. In the 53rd minute, Carmelo Conrao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the game, Kiko Neves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Ernesto Seme was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Edgar Sabóia fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Braga Junior FC's protests and gave Edgar Sabóia a yellow card for diving instead. After 61 played minutes Braga Junior FC got a freekick which was hit by Edgar Sabóia. After 62 played minutes, Islas FC's Ermegildo Joey shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Danilo Arruda came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Islas FC reached it. Islas FC's Ernesto Seme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kiko Neves in the 69th minute of play. Danilo Vieira's late challenge caught a Islas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danilo Vieira helped the player get up and apologised. After 75 played minutes Braga Junior FC got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Vieira. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Fernendo in the 76th minute of play forced Braga Junior FC's goalkeeper Danilo Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Danilo Arruda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ermegildo Joey in the 81st minute of play. Ernesto Seme made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Kiko Neves sent off a good shot on target. Augusto Oliveira hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. 89 minutes into the game, Islas FC's Ermegildo Joey nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Danilo Arruda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. In the 94th match minute, Braga Junior FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgar Sabóia to maneuver through the defense. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Islas FC had played much better football throughout.
