After a rather tough play, Braga Junior FC's Artur Azevedo got a free kick in the 7th minute. Leandro Gonzalez Pirez, 8 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, TIBURON F.C's Leandro Gonzalez Pirez got a free kick in the 9th minute. When Braga Junior FC's Kiko Neves in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Danilo Arruda successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 21st minute, TIBURON F.C's Damaso Chinto seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Damaso Chinto the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of TIBURON F.C protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Damaso Chinto had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 21st minute of the game. One of TIBURON F.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Braga Junior FC:s goal. Iuri Domingues charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Iuri Domingues the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 25th match minute, Braga Junior FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iuri Domingues to maneuver through the defense. 30 minutes into the game, Braga Junior FC's Iuri Domingues nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cipriano Dantae made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 35 minutes into the game, Iuri Domingues cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Cipriano Dantae was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Iuri Domingues managed to get in a good position for a shot. Braga Junior FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Iuri Domingues was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cipriano Dantae breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tiburcio Egoitz's late challenge caught a Braga Junior FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiburcio Egoitz helped the player get up and apologised. Dinei Hoffmann walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Dinei Hoffmann put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Cipriano Dantae. After the first half Braga Junior FC were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kiko Neves to make the kick off. In the 72nd minute, Apolo Errolan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TIBURON F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. 76 minutes into the match, Kiko Neves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cipriano Dantae. TIBURON F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kiko Neves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. 80 minutes into the game, Braga Junior FC's Iuri Domingues nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cipriano Dantae made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. Iuri Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Braga Junior FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
