AB Tårnby's Fabian Thyfelt got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 11th match minute, AB Tårnby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svenning Blegebrønd to maneuver through the defense. Buster Falum charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Buster Falum the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 18th minute, Buster Falum hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 25 minutes into the game, Fabian Thyfelt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AB Tårnby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ferreira Lopes MZC the free kick. Fabian Thyfelt kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Filipe Cruz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fabian Thyfelt's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd match minute, AB Tårnby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Thyfelt to maneuver through the defense. Rune Rothborg's late challenge caught a Ferreira Lopes MZC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rune Rothborg helped the player get up and apologised. Konstantin Plambeck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guilherme Cruz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 42 minutes into the game, Ferreira Lopes MZC's Carlos Alberto Novaes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Konstantin Plambeck made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 45 minutes into the match, Guilherme Cruz notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of AB Tårnby's Konstantin Plambeck. Konstantin Plambeck was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guilherme Cruz to make the kick off. Buster Falum was shown his second yellow card after 51 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to AB Tårnby getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Buster Falum hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the game, Duarte Prata recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Konstantin Plambeck. Duarte Prata showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After 56 played minutes Ferreira Lopes MZC got a freekick which was hit by Marcel Schmidt. The supporters of Ferreira Lopes MZC booed when AB Tårnby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rune Rothborg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th match minute, AB Tårnby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Svenning Blegebrønd to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Ferreira Lopes MZC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Duarte Prata hit a great ball. Svenning Blegebrønd blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filipe Cruz having to make a save. When Laurits Rejnmark came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the AB Tårnby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Laurits Rejnmark couldn't finish the play. Konstantin Plambeck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Duarte Prata, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Ferreira Lopes MZC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
