Duarte Prata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şinasi Tanzer having to interfere. Şinasi Tanzer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Capixaba in the 9th minute of play. Adelino Bittencourt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Adelino Bittencourt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şinasi Tanzer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelino Bittencourt in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of Çanakkale booed when Ferreira Lopes MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moisés Toledo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 22nd minute, Mustafa Anıl Karadeniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the match, Çanakkale's goal looked a bit too open when Guilherme Cruz came free, but Şinasi Tanzer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 minutes of play, Ferreira Lopes MZC's Pedrinho Capixaba made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Şinasi Tanzer was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th minute Pedrinho Capixaba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şinasi Tanzer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Anıl Karadeniz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filipe Cruz having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eren Özduran stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes of play, Çanakkale's Sergen İmar made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filipe Cruz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Filipe Cruz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eren Özduran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 65th minute Sergen İmar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Çanakkale's Mustafa Anıl Karadeniz got a free kick in the 67th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Erkut Yasun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Çanakkale's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ferreira Lopes MZC the free kick. Erkut Yasun kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Tayfur Ongunes hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Haluk Perver kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Haluk Perver scored 2-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filipe Cruz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Filipe Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erkut Yasun, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute.
