The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Hílton Sabóia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Filipe Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonsinho Cearense, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute, Gilmar Secco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guilherme Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hílton Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrinho Capixaba in the 17th minute of the match. BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's Hílton Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guilherme Cruz in the 19th minute of play. The supporters of Ferreira Lopes MZC booed when BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dênis de Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hílton Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedrinho Capixaba in the 25th minute of the match. After the first half Ferreira Lopes MZC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Guilherme Cruz made a kick off. Hílton Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedrinho Capixaba in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Sampaio in the 52nd minute of play forced BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's goalkeeper Hílton Sabóia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Ferreira Lopes MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilmar Secco came free, but Filipe Cruz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 55th minute, Dênis de Amorim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Duarte Prata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hílton Sabóia having to interfere. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ferreira Lopes MZC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
