The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo 11's goal looked a bit too open when Tony Hedberg came free, but Primitivo Orixe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Filiberto Txurio scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of John Askelöf, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. John Askelöf made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jairo Astigar in the 9th minute of play. Billesholm's John Askelöf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jairo Astigar in the 11th minute of play. In the 12th minute, Filiberto Txurio made a precise shot to the right of John Askelöf. Billesholm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Tony Hedberg scored 1-2 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Primitivo Orixe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 30thth minute of the game Tony Hedberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but San Lorenzo 11's Primitivo Orixe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. John Askelöf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leandro-Atilio Romagnoli in the 31st minute of the match. After 33 minutes, Serafin Fero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the San Lorenzo 11 and the Billesholm players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Billesholm booed when San Lorenzo 11 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafin Fero didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Billesholm defense, Jairo Astigar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of John Askelöf. The Billesholm fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that John Askelöf should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Ingmar Blomberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Billesholm's supporters rose to their feet, but Ingmar Blomberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Primitivo Orixe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Serafin Fero was shown his second yellow card after 43 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 46th match minute, San Lorenzo 11 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Txilar to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tony Hedberg made a kick off. Leandro-Atilio Romagnoli hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. San Lorenzo 11's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Billesholm the free kick. After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo 11's Filiberto Txurio got a free kick in the 63rd minute. A collision led to San Lorenzo 11 getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Gualterio Aragones hit a great ball. In the 71st minute of the match Emil Rydberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Primitivo Orixe showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Tony Hedberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Primitivo Orixe was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. After 75 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for San Lorenzo 11! Billesholm's John Askelöf proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Billesholm from getting a goal against them. Hugo Kalfhage kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Primitivo Orixe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Hedberg in the 93rd minute of the match. A collision led to Billesholm getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Ingmar Blomberg hit a great ball.
