The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Allan Kurk during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Allan Kurk hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. 8 minutes into the match, Erasmo Correia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ahto Hõbe, 1-0. A collision led to Tapa Athlétic™ getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Kaimo Ilmatark hit a great ball. Michel Bastos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 20 minutes into the match, Tapa Athlétic™'s goalkeeper Ahto Hõbe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ademir Senna. Tapa Athlétic™'s Ahto Hõbe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Tapa Athlétic™ from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Cosme in the 27th minute of play forced Tapa Athlétic™'s goalkeeper Ahto Hõbe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Tapa Athlétic™'s Ahto Hõbe got control of the ball when Téo Trancoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ronaldinho Cosme received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Ahto Hõbe came out and tried to block the shot, but Ronaldinho Cosme slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 38th minute. After 41 played minutes Tapa Athlétic™ got a freekick which was hit by Kaido Kallas. In the 44th minute, Perivaldo Maciel made a precise shot to the right of Ahto Hõbe. Tapa Athlétic™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0.

Ahto Hõbe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ademir Senna in the 53rd minute of the match. Ahto Hõbe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ademir Senna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes into the match, Tapa Athlétic™'s goal looked a bit too open when Ademir Senna came free, but Ahto Hõbe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tapa Athlétic™'s Ahto Hõbe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ademir Senna in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Ademir Senna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palmeiras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ademir Senna in the 67th minute of play forced Tapa Athlétic™'s goalkeeper Ahto Hõbe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahto Hõbe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ademir Senna in the 70th minute of play. A collision led to Palmeiras getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Michel Bastos hit a great ball. In the 79th minute Ademir Senna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahto Hõbe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Téo Trancoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ademir Senna in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahto Hõbe saved Tapa Athlétic™ from getting behind. 89 minutes into the match, Ademir Senna notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Tapa Athlétic™'s Ahto Hõbe. Ahto Hõbe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 93 minutes, Perivaldo Maciel mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palmeiras and the Tapa Athlétic™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 93 played minutes Palmeiras got a freekick which was hit by Perivaldo Maciel. Palmeiras's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
