In the 7th minute Arismendy Smith shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Askelöf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atlético Lea Papá's Arismendy Smith got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cirino Smith scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of John Askelöf, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 14 minutes of play, Billesholm's Tony Hedberg made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Johnny Reyes was left in no man's land by his defense there! Club Atlético Lea Papá's Johnny Reyes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Hedberg in the 17th minute of play. Johnny Reyes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tony Hedberg went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. When Billesholm's Michel Törnblom in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atlético Lea Papá's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lino Rangel during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Billesholm booed when Club Atlético Lea Papá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Rangel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Michel Törnblom took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 24th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Johnny Reyes. Club Atlético Lea Papá's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Johnny Reyes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mark Holmgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Billesholm's zone, Arismendy Smith stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. John Askelöf came out of the goal and Arismendy Smith tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cirino Smith in the 31st minute of play forced Billesholm's goalkeeper John Askelöf to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Johnny Reyes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adrian Bergqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Lea Papá's Martín Casagrande got a free kick in the 35th minute. When Michel Törnblom came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Billesholm fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michel Törnblom couldn't finish the play. During the 37th minute of the match Lino Rangel completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Lino Rangel a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Billesholm booed when Club Atlético Lea Papá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lino Rangel didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Johnny Reyes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adrian Bergqvist in the 51st minute. In the 56th minute, Billesholm's Tony Hedberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Johnny Reyes. Johnny Reyes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Hedberg in the 60th minute of play forced Club Atlético Lea Papá's goalkeeper Johnny Reyes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ciro Pedraza kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 66 minutes into the game, Martín Casagrande was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atlético Lea Papá's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Billesholm the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 66th minute of the game. One of Club Atlético Lea Papá:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Billesholm:s goal. In the 70th minute, Billesholm's Tony Hedberg ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Johnny Reyes. Johnny Reyes yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5. John Askelöf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cirino Smith in the 75th minute of the match. 78 minutes into the match, Adrian Bergqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Johnny Reyes. Club Atlético Lea Papá's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrian Bergqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Adrian Bergqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Lea Papá's Cirino Smith got a free kick in the 88th minute. Adrian Bergqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnny Reyes having to interfere. Tony Hedberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edvin Vase in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Johnny Reyes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Billesholm played a much better game than Club Atlético Lea Papá and deserved their victory. The Club Atlético Lea Papá players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
