But to his dismay, Mané Tavares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 43 played minutes BAŞBUĞ got a freekick which was hit by Okanay Zabit. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Léo Pitta in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hulki Bulut prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gökalp Koca was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of REAL RIO CRVG booed when BAŞBUĞ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Süleyman Taşkınay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Régis Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Baler in the 77th minute of the match. BAŞBUĞ's Hulki Bulut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josué da Cunha in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute, Süleyman Taşkınay hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustavo Aguiar kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. REAL RIO CRVG's Régis Mota played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Okanay Zabit in the 85th minute of play. Sidnei Matorin charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sidnei Matorin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 91 played minutes REAL RIO CRVG got a freekick which was hit by Sidnei Matorin. Süleyman Taşkınay took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Régis Mota. REAL RIO CRVG's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mehmet Baler sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
