Stan Hagemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severiano Paulin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to VC zoetwater getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Marc Van Linthaut hit a great ball. In the 22nd match minute, VC zoetwater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cedric Van Meerbeec to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, A Sку Fυℓℓ σf Sтαяѕ ☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Fred Van Hoeyveld came free, but Edgard Iraunkor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edgard Iraunkor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fred Van Hoeyveld went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Jos Armentier kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Vladimiro Ekialde made a precise shot to the right of Stan Hagemans. VC zoetwater's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Vladimiro Ekialde received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Stan Hagemans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the VC zoetwater defense, Chris Martin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stan Hagemans. The VC zoetwater fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stan Hagemans should have stopped the shot. Marc Van Linthaut kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. After 42 played minutes, A Sку Fυℓℓ σf Sтαяѕ ☆'s Severiano Paulin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Stan Hagemans came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in A Sку Fυℓℓ σf Sтαяѕ ☆ reached it. The crowd rose to their feet as Fred Van Hoeyveld kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Edgard Iraunkor. That made the score 2-4 in the 46 minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 2-4 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jos Armentier to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 66th minute of the match, Maximo Rico tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Stan Hagemans saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. A collision led to A Sку Fυℓℓ σf Sтαяѕ ☆ getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Severiano Paulin hit a great ball. 76 minutes into the match, Chris Martin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stan Hagemans. VC zoetwater's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Chris Martin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-6. If Severiano Paulin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Chris Martin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stan Hagemans was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-7. Maximo Rico hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. VC zoetwater's Stan Hagemans proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save VC zoetwater from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Chris Martin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Stan Hagemans. That made the score 2-8 in the 93 minute of play. When the final whistle sounded A Sку Fυℓℓ σf Sтαяѕ ☆ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than VC zoetwater.
