The crowd rose to their feet as TALLERES DE CBA's Hermengildo Berenguer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Béla Medgyesi. That made the score 1-0 after 5 minutes of play. 10 minutes into the game, Attila Antal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TUSE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TALLERES DE CBA the free kick. In the 10th match minute, TUSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Attila Antal to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of TALLERES DE CBA booed when TUSE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zoltán Fazekas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, TUSE's Olivér Szegh got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 18 played minutes TALLERES DE CBA got a freekick which was hit by Uriel Steven. 22 minutes into the match, TUSE's goal looked a bit too open when Emiliano Weather came free, but Béla Medgyesi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. TALLERES DE CBA's Gustavo Raulo suffered a sore knee after 27 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Attila Antal got his second yellow card in the match during the 27th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. TALLERES DE CBA's Alberto Txordon was substituted for Gustavo Raulo. A collision led to TUSE getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Attila Antal hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Koldobika got free with Béla Medgyesi in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Béla Medgyesi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hermengildo Berenguer in the 38th minute. Hermengildo Berenguer scored 2-0 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Béla Medgyesi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Pablo Koldobika could shoot a difficult shot in the 48th minute, which Béla Medgyesi however easily saved by the left post. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Endre Kaiser to make the kick off. Kornél Szabó took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delmiro Ayala. Delmiro Ayala dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Béla Medgyesi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emiliano Weather, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Hermengildo Berenguer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Béla Medgyesi was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. Béla Medgyesi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hermengildo Berenguer's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. In the 81st minute Pablo Koldobika shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Béla Medgyesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Béla Medgyesi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermengildo Berenguer in the 82nd minute of play. The supporters of TALLERES DE CBA booed when TUSE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Olivér Szegh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Béla Medgyesi came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by TALLERES DE CBA's Emiliano Weather. But to his dismay, Emiliano Weather quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. In the 92nd minute Emiliano Weather shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Béla Medgyesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 94 minutes of play, TALLERES DE CBA's Pablo Koldobika made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Béla Medgyesi was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. TALLERES DE CBA fully deserved thier win.
